According to the No Kid Hungry organization, one in five kids across America struggles with hunger. For the past three years, Troup County School System (TCSS) has been putting a dent in this statistic through the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program. This national feeding program makes it easier for high-need schools to serve free breakfast and lunch to all students. In Troup County, Franklin Forest Elementary and Hogansville Elementary are two new schools that were recently approved for CEP beginning August 2017.
