3rd grade using Makerspace

During their Media Center rotation, students in Mrs. Freeman's third grade class recently built circuits using Snap Circuits Extreme. The snap circuit kit is a part of of Makerspace, a collaborative work space where students learn, create and share. Students at West Point Elementary have been enjoying Makerspace activities this year thanks to a generous donation from the PTO. In addition to Snap Circuits, students can build with Legos and K-Nex, code with Bee-Bots, invent with Makey-Makey and create a variety of projects.
