05/17/18: What Do Students Say About Retirement?

Now that the 2017-2018 school year is ending, we are preparing for employee retirements. We will miss them and we know the students will, too. So, we reached out to the students to get their thoughts on retirement. This is what they had to say!

Early Dismissal Dates and Times for Middle and High School Students dismissals

Parents of middle and high school students, you received a One Call Now message with early dismissal days and times for the end of the school year. If you did not receive the message, please ensure that your phone number is updated in the school's system by speaking with the front desk receptionist. 

Early dismissal days and times are as follows:

  • Monday, May 21 @ 12:20 pm 
  • Tuesday, May 22 @ 12:20 pm
     

Buses will be at the middle and high schools to transport students home. All elementary schools will be on a regular schedule.

EOC Testing in May

EOC testing begins April 30th and continues through May.  Below are a couple of resources that you might find helpful in preparation for your upcoming tests.

04/25/18: Mollie Lukken Scholarship Now Available Trissa
The Mollie Lukken Scholarship is now open for any teacher pursuing graduate study in the field of special education. The deadline is June 1. The Mollie Lukken scholarship is in honor of the Junior Service League founder, Mollie Lukken. She was a leader in the field of learning disabilities.
 
If you are, or will soon, begin pursuing graduate studies in any field of special education, you are encouraged to apply. Past recipients are eligible to apply again. Pictured is past recipient, Trissa Nerowski. The application and explanatory information is available below.
