Mustang Parents,

?Don’t let your mustang athlete sit in the house and do nothing!  There are several opportunities for them be active and not fall behind their peers who are working on developing skills and athleticism.

We have three opportunities for development right here in our community.   Lagrange High School football is having workouts in the mornings from 8:45 to 12 noon.   They have breakfast, lift weights and then go the field for drills. There are several GNMS players attending and we would love to see more there.

Clock Work Performance is another place Mustangs are working out.   Give them a call for the hours and fee.

Finally, if you cannot make either of the above options Coach Sheffield put together a Cross County work out on the GNMS Web site under school forms.  The workout is for those on the team and those who are not.    You don’t need to be on the Cross Country team to take advantage of this plan. Start on week one if necessary.

We hope that you are able to take advantage of these opportunities.  We would like to start the school year ahead of the conditioning game so that we can build on our skills and be ready to start out strong!

Thank you,

Aaron A. Woody

GNMS Athletic Director
