Freshman students across Troup County School System (TCSS) gathered at THINC College & Career Academy to learn about the business world of entrepreneurship and marketing through the Career Focus program offered for high school students. The program is designed to introduce students to various career fields through job visitations, guest speakers and hands-on learning.
Before starting the day, the attendees began with an ice breaker conducted by Ms. Carrie Brkich, Workforce Development Manager for THINC. Ms. Brkich used the ice breaker as an avenue of introduction and soft skill building. Read entire story here.
