Welcome to Personal Fitness for the 2018-2019 school year!!


Personal fitness is a half semester course that is needed in order to graduate.  Students will be introduced to activities designed to promote an active and physically fit lifestyle.   Students will be challenged to improve their strength, speed, flexibility, agility and cardio respiratory endurance through a wide variety of activities.  Emphasis will be placed on creating physical fitness habits for a lifetime.

  • Dress Out Daily!

    Update 9/7/2018:   Each student needs to be dressing out every day!! Tennis shoes, shorts/pants, and a shirt are required for a grade.  Each week is worth 100 points....each day is worth 20 points!
