Reading Inventory results

On Friday, September 7th students will bring home a letter with their recent Lexile score on the Reading Inventory. The Reading Inventory is a low stakes, classroom-based assessment designed to evaluate students' reading ability, monitor their reading progress, and match students to books at their reading level.

The Reading Inventory will be given at least two more times throughout the year to monitor student progress. A report will be sent home after each administration.

Please sign the letter and return it to your student's language arts teacher as well as have conversation with your child about their current Lexile level and how they can improve. Thank you for your continued support!
