Last year, the staff at Long Cane Elementary (LCE) knew they were this close to making the gains they needed to realize the successes of student progress. This year, with an 86.03 CCRPI score, LCE is the school with the highest performance index in Troup County School System (TCSS) according to the latest CCRPI (College and Career Ready Performance Index) release.
LCE Principal Katie Brown, said “I am so pleased and proud of the growth we’ve experienced. This score is evidence we are mastering the content that students need to be successful.
